Staying motivated while Staying at home

Here are 10 tips to stay motivated and optimistic while experiencing a change of pace.



1) Keep a routine. Wake up and go to bed at a scheduled time.

2) Start your day with meditation, Focus on a positive.

3) Meal plan, Dig deep in the freezer and back of the cupboards. Be creative

4) Drink Water. Keeping yourself hydrated will keep the sugar cravings at bay.

5) Get fresh air. Walk outside, sit on the patio or just open the windows wide.

6) Check in with your co workers. Send an encouraging note to your team daily.

7) Declutter. Whether you have a home office or are working from the living room, take 15 minutes a day to clean your space and get rid of things you don't need.

8) Start a project. Reset your wardrobe. Paint or color or draw a picture. Compose music. Write poetry. Journal.

9) Take a bath, with music and bubbles (of any kind!)

10) Power down hour, before going to sleep. Reflect and Reset.
